In line with its goals to enhance the quality of urban living spaces and to draw on innovative architectural ideas, Nexa Construction Group held its first architectural competition in May 2017 for the “40 Bagh” residential project. This competition aimed to achieve a creative design aligned with the contemporary needs of Tehran’s residents. Four prominent architects and designers from across the country were invited to present their concepts.

Consultation and jurying of the competition were carried out with the participation of Engineer Kalantari, Engineer Doost-Mohammadi, and Engineer Karimi. Following a site visit by the participants and within a designated timeframe for submissions, the proposals were received and evaluated to select the best design for implementation.
