Following the completion of construction, Side Park was formally handed over in an official ceremony attended by the Nexa Group board members, who received the project from the engineering team and the project manager. The project has now officially entered its operation phase.

During the event, board members toured different areas of the project and reviewed the latest status of the work and the final quality of the spaces. With the handover completed, responsibility for operating and managing the building was transferred to the NexaLife team.

With NexaLife now on site at Side Park, work has started on preparing the building, launching services, equipping operational areas, and planning the handover of units to their owners, so that the project is ready for residents to move in.

The handover to NexaLife marks the start of a phase focused on building management, maintenance, service launch, and preparing the project for its residents.
