During the days when the country was facing wartime conditions and the restrictions that came with them, the completion and handover of units in the Phoenix building continued on schedule, and more than 30 units have so far been delivered to their owners.

Keeping commitments, even in difficult circumstances, has been one of Nexa Group’s operating principles. Through the sustained efforts of the technical, execution, and support teams, unit preparation and handover carried on without interruption, and the process is still under way.

Alongside the handovers, the NexaLife team has begun work in the building. By putting management and operations services in place, it aims to give residents an orderly, safe, and high-quality experience from their very first days in the building.
