The Phoenix building is one of the projects whose construction involved a wide range of specialists and engineering teams from Nexa Group. Along the way, the project’s engineers and colleagues worked side by side across different areas, from technical and execution decisions to day-to-day site activities.

Building Phoenix over several years brought the Nexa engineering team a wide range of experiences. Site conditions, technical decisions, coordination between teams, and the management of site processes were all part of the path that brought the building to handover.

As part of this journey, the Phoenix engineering team who took part in building it was recognized. The tribute was a chance to put on record part of the effort of a team that applied its expertise and experience in different areas throughout the years of construction.

• Today, the Phoenix building has reached the operation phase and its residents have moved into their units. This milestone is the result of years of work and collaboration between different teams in the design, construction, completion, and preparation of the project.
• Nexa Group thanks all the engineers, specialists, and colleagues who contributed to building Phoenix.
