The Phoenix Project, built by Nexa Group, hosted a group of architects and architecture professionals. About 30 architects came to the site to see the design process, the execution, and the various spaces of the project up close.
The visit opened with an introduction to the project and the story of how it took shape, told by Ehsan Karimi and Mohsen Tajeddin, the architects of Phoenix. Shahab Momeni, the Phoenix project manager, then spoke with the attendees about how the project was carried out, the executive decisions behind it, the construction challenges, and the details of each stage, and answered their questions.
The participants went on to tour different parts of the project, from the residential units to the rooftop, cinema hall, conference hall, pool, gym, and other shared spaces. The visit gave them a chance to examine and discuss execution quality, design details, and the experience of the spaces first-hand.
Beyond familiarizing visitors with how the project developed, visits like this create room for exchanging experience and for specialist conversations among architects, designers, and the execution team, conversations that can help raise the quality of design and execution in future projects.
The Phoenix Project, now in its operations phase with unit handovers under way, continues to host specialist visits from architects, designers, and construction industry professionals.
