As the PHOENIX project approaches its final stages of construction, NEXALIFE has begun drafting and structuring the building’s operational processes. The NEXALIFE team conducted a site visit to review key spaces and develop detailed plans for operational readiness and post-completion services.

This phase focuses on aligning operations planning with the unique features of SidePark, ensuring that once construction is complete, services can be delivered seamlessly and at the highest quality. The work includes preparing infrastructure, drafting operational procedures, and coordinating with the project’s execution teams.
