The architectural, mechanical, and electrical consulting teams of Nexa Group, along with the technical team and the facilities operator of the Sidepark project, conducted a specialized and technical site visit. The session began with a presentation by Mr. Alireza Sharafati, the project’s architect, who outlined the overall concept, architectural form, and design approach, offering a clear and comprehensive picture of the project’s ideas and objectives.

Following this, Nexa’s technical team introduced the project’s engineering and MEP solutions, including sustainability systems such as solar panels, SunEnergy glass, and the greywater treatment system. This presentation created an opportunity to review both the design aspects and the technical performance of the project in parallel.

The visit continued with a walkthrough of different areas of the project, allowing participants to observe the construction progress and system operations firsthand. This experience provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and an on-site review of technical details, while also strengthening collaboration between the architectural and technical teams.
