Each project in the Nexa Group carries a unique identity that must be reflected in its name. With this in mind, we organized a competition to select a worthy name for Nexa 46, located in the pristine and beautiful area of Chelak, inviting our community to join us on this creative journey.
We received many valuable suggestions from our audience, but after careful review and numerous meetings with the project’s architects and stakeholders, we concluded that none of the proposed names fully and comprehensively captured the essence and identity of the project. This is because:

Here, everything carries a different spirit. In this pristine, untouched space, whispers of life murmur in your ear, while your eyes behold the most breathtaking views imaginable…
For this reason, the name Daman was chosen. This name reflects the project’s deep connection with nature, the serenity of the mountains, and the lush greenery of Chelak’s forests.
The Daman complex is being developed in the pleasant climate of Chelak, featuring contemporary architecture nestled in nature. Its unique location, extensive green spaces, and thoughtfully designed amenities make it an ideal choice for both living and investment.
