Nexa 34 is an effort to respond to the post-pandemic needs of the residential users while avoiding alienation of the neighborhood where it is located. Covering all facilities, re-defining the design of private, semi- private, and circulation spaces, and finally using the smart management and control systems as undeniable necessities of today’s needs, have all been remedies toward an isolated building.

In order to minimize the building’s dominance on the existing context, the mass has been divided into separate parts, inspired by adjacent buildings’ proportions, to keep the simplicity of the form while maintaining a homogeneous cityscape. Gardens and green alleys in different levels act as interfaces that connect users to the outside world while improving the building’s relationship with the urban context.
