ANDO is a beautiful structure with a captivating and distinctive form that draws the eye of every passerby. With its completely unique design, this building provides its residents the experience of living in a secure villa-like environment. Built as the 31st project by Nexa Group on Iran Zamin Street in Shahrak-e Gharb, Ando stands out as a remarkable addition to the area.
Shahrak-e Gharb, known for its low population density and modern urban planning, is one of the most appealing districts of Tehran, attracting a select group of residents. While Shahrak-e Gharb’s villa-style houses have always drawn attention, the challenges of maintaining and securing these properties amidst urban life pressures have grown. In the Ando project, we have addressed this issue, offering residents the enjoyment of living in a secure villa-like apartment.
This complex is built on a 1,550-square-meter plot and is home to only 8 families. Each unit is uniquely designed with ample natural light, private landings, spacious terraces, and appealing shared areas, all distinctive features of this exceptional project.
